How much do your bridal gowns cost?
Our gowns start from $2,000. We have a limited number of dresses in the $1,800 price range however, remember that is before taxes, fees, and alterations.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. The bridal showroom works by appointment only, so that we can provide brides and their families the best possible shopping experience.
Who should I bring?
We welcome brides to bring a small team of people whose opinion you value most. We suggest to keep things small and intimate! However, if you are bringing a large group, or need unique assistance, just call ahead of time
What should I bring?
We ask that all brides come prepared wearing undergarments (strapless bra, spanx, etc.) and heels that are similar to what you will be wearing on your wedding day. We will be helping you into each gown, so wear something that you are comfortable in. Please avoid heavy make-up and spray tans before an appointment to help keep our gowns nice and clean!
Do you offer any discounts on dresses?
Out of respect for our craft, discounts are only extended during sample sales, trunk shows, and other special promotions.
What size samples do you have to try on during my appointment?
Most of the samples in our shop are a bridal size 8. We understand that it can be difficult to envision your wedding dress in a sample that does not fit perfectly, but we've got all sorts of tricks and tools to help provide an idea of how the dress will look in your size.
Do you have dresses to purchase off the rack?
Most of our gowns are custom ordered and require a 4-6 month lead time. However, we always have a select number of floor sample dresses that are available at a discount. Samples are a great last-minute option and can be a great deal.
What is a trunk show?
A trunk show is when we host a designer's full collection - oftentimes with a discount. This is a special time because it gives our brides a chance to view gowns that are not always carried in our shop and possibly even meet the designer! You will want to book your appointment in advance, as this is a very popular time.
How does the special order process work?
All of the dresses in our shop are samples. We only carry one sample in one size of each of our styles. Once you have selected a dress, we take your measurements and compare them to our size chart. The dresses are made in standard sizes, so we will work with you in choosing the best size, but alterations are typically to be expected. We then order your specific dress and have it shipped to our shop.
How long does it take to get my dress?
Start shopping early! Gowns can take anywhere from 4-6 months to arrive. You should begin shopping for your dress a minimum of 8 months in advance of the wedding to allow enough time for alterations once the wedding gown arrives. But don't worry if you didn't start that far in advance, we offer rush services for a fee.
How do I pay for my dress?
We accept cash and credit cards only. No personal checks will be accepted. We require a 70% non-refundable deposit upon the signing of your bridal contract, with the remaining 30% due upon the pickup of your dress. Additional fees, shipping fees, and taxes will be applied at the final checkout process if applicable. Dresses sold "off the rack" (samples) and all accessories must be paid for in full before the product leaves the store.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and/or refunds for any reason; this includes the 70% deposit if a bride decides not to pursue the dress, wedding, and/or dissolve the contract.
What about alterations?
Alterations are to be expected most of the time. We do provide in-house alterations.
Do you have a specific dress I am looking for?
Zuri is a designer showroom, meaning that we only carry the Zuri brand, however we are skilled to design custom gowns as well.
How often do you get new wedding dresses?
We design one major collection each year to ensure the most current details. By being a Design House/showroom we are constantly creating exquisite gowns to add to the collection
Do you loan out dresses for photo-shoots?
